PointAnchor Homes' Independent living program was not built on a business idea—it was born of a burden to see people restored.
We saw individuals navigating life without stability… people with potential who lacked support, structure, and a safe place to land. Too often, they were overlooked, misunderstood, or placed in environments that met basic needs but never nurtured growth. And we knew there had to be something different—something better.
PointAnchor Homes became that answer.
We exist to be more than just housing. We are a place of reset, rebuilding, and redirection. A place where individuals can breathe again, regain confidence, and begin to see themselves beyond their past circumstances. Every room, every program, every interaction is intentional—designed to restore dignity, cultivate independence, and inspire purpose.
We serve individuals who are ready for change, even if they don’t yet know what that change looks like. Whether transitioning from difficult seasons, seeking stability, or needing structured support, our homes are designed to meet people where they are—and walk with them toward where they’re meant to be.

Our Welcome basket is packed with hygiene products. Each resident receives a basket upon moving in and as often as needed to support their daily care and well-being. The basket is thoughtfully stocked with essentials, including a toothbrush, toothpaste, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shaving gel, razor, deodorant, comb, brus

The basket is thoughtfully stocked with essentials, including a toothbrush, toothpaste, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shaving gel, razor, deodorant, comb, brush, lip balm, face cloth, hand sanitizer, tissues, nail clippers, hair ties and feminine hygiene items.
We value connection, joy and staying engaged in the community. Residents can enjoy optional weekly game nights designed for fun and fellowship. Each month, we organize social events where family and friends are welcome to join and celebrate together. In addition, residents have the opportunity to attend day habilitation programs, providing structured activities and enrichment during regular daytime hours.
